After making the dangerously highly praised Chak de India, Shimit Amin is working on a romantic film to be written by Jaideep Saini. For the lead it had to be the current heartthrob, Ranbir Kapoor. Amin is so impressed by his work that he requested Aditya Chopra to cast him in his next film. Apparently Aditya, who is also impressed with Ranbir's work in Bachna E Haseeno, agreed immediately. However, in true Yashraj style, they are keeping all the information under wraps.
